If we allow our body to tip forward (by having a high seat), it puts all of our weight forward and down. Having a slow, controlled, and low seat really helps balance our horse. You have an incredibly strong leg and core, so there is no doubt in my mind that you will be able to “fix” your seat. You have not jumped ahead, but you have given too much effort with your body. We only want our bottom to be a few inches out of the tack, especially when the fence is this small. I would really like to see your bottom come down quite a bit.
